MEET ANNA

Welcome! My name is Anna Moraff, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist in the great city of Fort Worth, TX. I work with moms in all stages of motherhood (including pregnancy and postpartum) to help them feel strong and empowered in their bodies. I am also a mom myself to 2 sweet girls!

GROUP WORKOUT FOR MOMS

  • Personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's specific goals and needs

     

  • 1 hour workouts, including movement prep and cooldown

     

  • Access to all of my personal workout equipment

     

  • Workouts done at in my home gym or at client's home

  • Pricing Starts at $60/session

     

  • Personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's specific goals and needs


  • 1 hour workouts over Zoom, including movement prep and cooldown


  • Can workout from the comfort of your own home


  • Recommended for long distance clients 


  • Pricing starts at $45/session


  • Meets every Tuesday at 6:30 and Friday at 8:30 am in my home gym

 

  • More generalized fitness program, but with specific modifications/progressions for each participant

     

  • 45 minute workouts, including movement prep and cooldown

     

  • Workout in a positive and uplifting setting with other moms​​

​

  • Every workout is pregnancy and postpartum safe

  • $10 per workout
